We are looking for an Operations Assistant
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Operations Assistant to support our operations team and help drive operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
🔹 Manage and optimise our Portfolio Management System and daily trade operations
🔹 Assist with Microsoft Office 365, CRM, Payroll, and more to streamline processes
🔹 Handle daily trade reconciliations, portfolio reporting, and settlements with precision
🔹 Collaborate closely with IT support to ensure seamless system operations
Qualifying attributes:
🔹 A BSc in Computer Science/Informatics, along with accounting or financial qualifications
🔹 3-5 years of experience in investment operations or a related field
🔹 Strong understanding of fund accounting, financial systems, and technology
🔹 A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
